The four-story building known as Asran's Beach-House is
located on the shores of Deep Water Lake. It is the home of
Malyketh Asran, a mage who makes his home in the city of
Rooks' Haven, and his two associates - Kedria, his bodyguard,
and Nemhayne, his personal assistant.
The beach house is also home to some of the most talked
about parties in the city. These parties are by invitation only
and those who might think of crashing the party are forcibly
ejected. Invitation is seen as a status symbol in the city and
many of Rooks' Haven's elite do whatever they can to be
included on the list. Security at these parties is almost always
handled by the mercenary company The Sons of Fire.

is where Malyk keeps his carriage and
horses. A staircase and a techno-magical
levitation device called the "elevator"
allows access to the upper floors. A large
deck behind the beach house contains the
swimming pool and several spas for use of
the house's residence and their guests.
The Second floor holds both Kedria and
kitchen, dining room and great room.
The third floor is home to the master
(Malyk's) bedroom & bathroom as well as his
private study. A guest room can also be
found on this level.
The fourth floor of the beach house is really
just a large observation deck built onto the
roof of the beach house.
