The Yellow Flag is a favorite hangout of
the people living in Rooks' Haven's
Dock Ward.  The name Yellow Flag is
derived from the signal flags used by
the imperial and provincial navies
meaning "we are free of disease and
request permission to come ashore."

The Yellow Flag is equal parts tavern,
inn, and brothel... well... roughly equal
parts... Truth be told, there is a lot more
tavern and brothel than there is inn, but
what do you expect in Rooks' Haven?
The fare at the Yellow Flag is acceptable.  The barkeep doesn't usually start watering down
your drink until you're too drunk to notice and the girls usually live up to the claims of the
banner for which the club is named.

Weapons are allowed, and even encouraged, in the taproom of the Yellow Flag.  While
some might think this would be a call to violence for its drunken patrons, it actually has
the opposite effect.  The Yellow Flag is on of the safest taverns in the city despite being in
one of the worst areas.
First Floor:  This floor contains the
taproom, kitchen, two parlors where
the patrons can select a whore to
entertain, laundry, private dining for
employees, and the business office.
Second Floor:  The second floor contains
sleeping rooms used both for the inn and
brothel.  An area in the northeast corner
of the building is separated from the rest
of the building by locked doors.  This area
contains the rooms of employees (37,
39-42, 44, 46, & 48) and the private
quarters of the proprietor of the Yellow
Flag (50).
Third Floor:  This floor contains both rooms
for employees (1-10) and more rooms for the
inn / brothel.
Fourth Floor:  The rooms on the fourth floor
make up a private suite reserved for VIP
guests.
